To make your purchase come to life wecanfit have created a team of highly motivated, professional engineers. We have complete nationwide coverage from our fully employed engineering team; every postcode on mainland UK is serviced.

All engineers are trained and constantly monitored to operate at the highest installation standards, these key front line staff are supported by a team of Senior Engineers and an in house technical operations department.

We pride ourselves on the level of commitment our engineers demonstrate in managing your installations and make sure that all engineers are regularly updated with new install technologies and equipment.

As part of our aim to constantly improve the level of service our customers receive, wecanfit (a division of Hyde Park Corner) became a member of VSIB during 2009 and aspire to achieve the coveted ISO9001 quality status during 2010.

What to expect from our engineers when they carry out your job:

In-car

• An engineer will arrive at your premises wearing his uniform and ID badge and will request that you accompany them to your vehicle.
• The engineer will carry out a pre installation inspection of your equipment, and vehicle.
• The engineer will confirm where you want key equipment fitting i.e. mobile phone cradle and will then ask you to sign the pre install section of the job sheet. You can then leave the engineer to carry out the installation.
• When the install is complete our engineer will inform you and give a demonstration of your product working in your vehicle.
• He will request that you sign your job satisfaction section of the job sheet and make sure you are satisfied with the service we have carried out for you.

Home   

• An engineer will arrive at your premises wearing his uniform, ID badge and will put over shoes on before entering your living area.
• They will request that you accompany them to the room in which the installation will be carried out or where the new aerial lead will terminate.
• The engineer will carry out a pre installation inspection of your equipment, and room.
• The engineer will confirm where you want key equipment fitting i.e. position on the wall of where your TV will be mounted and will then ask you to sign the pre install section of the job sheet. You can then leave the engineer to carry out the installation.
• When the install is complete our engineer will inform you and give a demonstration of your product working.
• He will request that you sign your job satisfaction section of the job sheet and make sure you are satisfied with the service we have carried out for you.
