The service: Installing wall mounted TV to suitable wall with bracket provided,to ensure safe, secure mounting including tuning and leaving site with equipment working.
Once you have booked your installation appointment online, our engineer will arrive at your address and carry out a full site survey advising you of any accessories that maybe required to complete your installation. Our engineers carry a vast array of van stock and will give you a price for any required accessory before the installation begins.

- Safe secure fitting of your equipment.
- We install and tune in your equipment (subject to power and aerial connection)
- Mounting of your wall mount bracket to a suitable wall.
- Hanging the TV on the bracket.
- Connection of the existing equipment to the new TV.
- Concealing of the connecting cables via wall mount cable tidy (up to 1.5 meters).
- Tuning in and setting up of the receivable channels.
- Cleaning the site before leaving and obtaining a signature as proof of the your satisfaction.
- The purchase DOES NOT include the following:
1. The wall mount bracket
2. Replacement extra length cables
3. Channelling out walls to hide cables
4. Running cables under floorboards or behind skirting boards.
5. Fitting 240 volt power supply socket behind TV. - Customers should bear in mind:
1. We may not be able to carry out a wall mount installation on a stud wall.
2. You may require extra length power cable, HDMI cable, scart lead or aerial lead if the wallmount installation is more than 1 metre away from existing supply points.
3.The engineer must have clear access to carry out the installation.
4. The engineer will need to park outside your home and bring equipment up to the house.
5. Any help you can offer to ensure that the engineer can park within a reasonable distance of the property will help us to complete the work first time, on the day.
6.This service is for a TV wall mount installation service connected to your existing Sky/DVD equipment.
7. If you require new additional equipment to be fitted i.e. surround sound speaker system etc this will be chargeable at the point of installation.
8. Our engineer will require an authorised person over the age of 18 to sign a note of satisfaction, once the installation is complete.
