Below are some examples of questions that our Booking Handlers are asked, you may find that they answer some of your concerns before you call to book your installation.

Q Where should I hang my new screen?
A There is no set place to hang a screen but it is recommended to hang it at about 1 meter high, so that your eye is level with the centre when you are sitting watching it.

Q How long does it take to install my screen?
A Most surface installs take about 90 minutes but custom install could take several hours.

Q What happens if my leads are not long enough?
A If the need should arise all our engineers do have a range of connecting leads, so they can always ensure your screen will be fitted and working before they leave your home.

Q I am not sure how my new screen works; can your engineers help me?
A We Can Fit engineers have years of experience with TV’s and of course before they leave they will give you a full demo.

We can offer a installation service 6 days a week and when you book an installation with us we will offer you at least three different appointment dates, enabling you to decide the most convenient time to have your installation carried out.
