What Happens Next
After you have requested a booking,
one of our call centre team will contact you within two
hours (during office hours) or within two hours of office
opening times to agree an installation date.
At this stage the automated update system is activated.
You will receive three text messages:

Message 1
will be received shortly after you have confirmed your
appointment date with our call centre.
Example.
To Mr Smith, your booking is conf'd for 18 Oct. Your
ref is 100000. Our contact no is 000 000 0000. Thank you
for using wecanfit.co.uk
installation service.
Message 2
will be received the day before your appointment date.
Example.
Mr Smith conf install appt on 18 Oct. Appt is provisionally
PM. Your ref 10000. Contact 000 000 0000 if req'd. Your
eng will ring when on route. View engineer on
www.wecanfit.co.uk
Message 3
will be received when the engineer is on route.
Example.
Mr Smith your engineer is now on route.
The engineer will arrive on the agreed date and carry
out your installation. |
