Wecanfit
offers auto text confirmation of a booking to all customers.
The initial text thanks them for placing the booking with
Wecanfit and confirms the
agreed installation date, whilst informing the customer
of their unique booking reference and providing a further
contact number in case they need to change the appointment.
The auto text system is programmed to send a further text
message 24hrs before the installation date, the contents
of this text confirms the appointment (which acts as a
great reminder to the customer), lets the customer know
if it is going to be an AM or PM appointment and tells
them which of our engineers will be installing their equipment.
When a customer has received the second text, they can,
by entering the engineers name on our web site (engineers
section) view a photograph and details of their installing
engineer. This gives greater security, clarity and confidence
to a customer, enhancing the level of installation service
they are about to receive.
On the day of the installation a final text will automatically
be sent to the customer informing them when the engineer
is on route. Example

after you have confirmed your appointment date with our

To Mr Smith, your booking is conf'd for 18 Oct. Your
ref is 100000. Our contact no is 000 000 0000. Thank you

Message 2
will be received the day before your appointment date.
Example.
Mr Smith conf install appt on 18 Oct. Appt is provisionally
PM. Your ref 10000. Contact 000 000 0000 if req'd. Your
eng will ring when on route. View engineer on

Message 3
will be received when the engineer is on route.
Example.
Mr Smith your engineer is now on route.
The engineer will arrive on the agreed date and carry
